We collect your name, email address, phone number, and payment information when you purchase tickets. We also collect event browsing data to improve recommendations.
Your information is used to process ticket purchases, send QR codes, and communicate event updates. We do not sell your data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely by Paystack.
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase servers. We retain your ticket and purchase history so you can access it at any time from My Tickets.
We use localStorage to remember your theme preference and saved events. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Ticket purchase records may be retained for accounting purposes.

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable unless an event is cancelled by the organiser. In the event of a cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Tickets are issued to the purchaser and are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organiser. Do not share your QR code before the event.
Each QR code can only be scanned once. Once admitted, the ticket is marked as used. Ticketlink is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Event organisers are responsible for the accuracy of event information including dates, venues and lineups. Ticketlink acts as a ticketing platform and is not liable for event changes made by organisers.
A 5% service fee is added to each ticket purchase to cover payment processing and platform costs. Free events have no service fee.
You may not resell tickets at a markup, use bots to purchase tickets, or create fraudulent accounts. Violations may result in account suspension and ticket cancellation.
